Macadamias are a healthy nut to add to your diet. While they are high in oil; this consists of mainly monounsaturated oils and phytosterols. As a whole food they are rich in many essential vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and fibre; and may even prolong your life.

No Cholesterol

While Thamine in the major B-vitamin found in Macadamias - it also contains Roboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate and Pantothenic acid.
